Whilst the Society makes every effort, by asking for certification where appropriate, to ensure information given in puppy/stud list adverts is accurate, it cannot be held responsible for the content of, or any claims made in such adverts. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the details of the transaction are as they seem. If this turns out not to be the case the committee would be interested to hear the facts so a misleading advert can be removed from Society publications. This will probably be the total action the Society would take in such a circumstance. |
